Self-priming fermentation tank USES a double mechanical seal to ensure the sealing surface is not leak;Fermentation products according to its self-priming fermentation tank and tank capacity difference, heat transfer means has jacketed outside, inside dish tube, plate heat exchanger cycle, etc.
Working principle:
AAF type self-priming fermentation tank main feature is placed at the bottom of the tank gas-liquid mixing reinforcement, it is composed of many of prismatic hollow impeller and stator which surround the impeller.The rotation of the rotor inhaled air automatically, in the mixing chamber and the fermented liquid mix, gas is dispersed into small bubbles (about 200 microns in diameter), forming huge interface of gas-liquid mass transfer, and gas-liquid mixed flow in jet dispersion in the fermented liquid main body.Strong turbulence is formed within the fermentation tank, causing the perfect oxygen [OTR is as high as 3.5 to 7.0 (Kg, M - 3, hr - 1)].
