Electric Heating Jacketed Kettle

Jacketed Kettle( Steam Boiler, Cook Kettle) is widely used in food, pharmaceuticy, wine processing such pastry, meat, jam and so on. it applies at confectionery plant, pharmaceutical industries, dairy field, brewery, food field. this is a good equipment which can improve the quality of the product, shorten its cooking time.

Kettle is made of three layer. inner layer with mirror polish,ss304; jacket with electric element; insulation filled with PU with sation polish. the heating source is electrics. the normal voltage is 380V. liquid inside will be mixed by frame agitator with scrape. it can be various speed ranging from 0 to 40RPM, or single speed. the kettle is tilting type, there is hand wheel at side for adjust the kettle in order drain out easily. there is control panel together with the kettle controlling with the temperature, motor on-off, heater on-off.
