Sanitary Crystallizing tank

The transmission can adopt cycloidal pinwheel reducer and variable-speed reducer etc.the sealing device can adopt mechanical sealing;heating and cooling
can adopt sleeve,semi-tube and coil pipe construction.The internal wall adopts electrolytic mirror polishing or mechanical polishing.The exterior surface adopts mirror polishing or semi-luster polishing.A0.2UM ventilation hydrophobic filter is installed on the crystallizing tank.

The crystallizing tank can endure 121℃ high temperature sterillization,equipped with sanitary pressure meter.

The outside connection of the tank body adpots sanitary rapid open connector.
The crstallizing tank is equipped with temperature monitoring device,2 view mirrors cleaning ball and nitrogen inlet.The shaft seal adopts special sanitray mechanical seal to gurantee the material is out of pollution.Several heating modes available as steam,electric heating,heat conduction oil etc.To meet different requiements under different working enviroment,such as acid-and alkali-proof,high temperature resistance,wear-resisting,anti-corrosion etc.Design and manufacture can be made on user' request.This equipment is used for hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distilla-tion and evaporation in the fields as medicine, chemicals, food, light industry etc.
