Summary

Vertical steam heating jacketed kettle(with agitator)is also named vertical steam heating double-layer cauldron. Usually composed of pot and hold feet,  and the pot is the double layer structure formed by inside and outside spherical pot; middle layer can add steam to steam. It has characteristics such as big heating area,  high thermal efficiency,  uniform heating,  short boiling time,  easy control of the heating temperature etc. Not only has good-appearance,  but also easy to install and operate. It is safe and convenient. Now it has been widely applied in food processing. Some large restaurants and canteens also use it to boil soup,  cook,  stew and porridge. It is considered to be the ideal equipment in the area of improving quality,  shortening the time and improving working conditions.

1. According to Process Needs: there are Vertical Jacketed Kettle with Agitator and Ones without Agitator 

2. According to Heating Type: there are Electric Heating Vertical Jacketed Kettle,  Steam Heating Vertical Jacketed Kettle and Gas Heating Vertical Jacketed Kettle

3. According to Material: there are Entirely stainless steel Jacketed Kettle-both inner pot and outer pot are made of stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316L),  general vertical jacketed kettle-inner pot(stainless steel SUS304/SUS316L),  outer pot (carbon steel Q235-B) treated with anti-rust paint.

4. According to Volume: 50L,  100L,  200L,  300L,  400L,  500L,  600L,  800L,  and 1000L.
